One World Artists is looking for interns all year round who want to develop the skills of an assistant booking agent. You will become part of a close team, in a modern and easily accessible office in Antwerp. You will take your first steps in international career and the expansion of your own network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You manage incoming emails of new bookings and delegate them to each agent/manager.

• You assist the agents with bookings for our artists, both national and international.

• You input options, changes, and confirmations of bookings into the system.

• You research new promoters and update our internal database in real time.

• You pitch artists to potential new promoters and clubs, both domestically and internationally (sales).

• You support the team in making the booking process run smoothly.

• You think along about long- and short-term strategies.

• You partly manage and approve artwork, PR requests and marketing in cooperation with the artist teams.
  
  
   

MUST-HAVES

• Know-how of what an agent does

• A good understanding of the electronic dance scene and current developments

• Currently pursuing higher education and looking for an internship of at least 3 months

• Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality and no ‘9 to 5’ mindset

• Good knowledge of the English language, with other languages being a big plus

• You are discreet, loyal and diplomatic

• Able to work independently while being a strong team player

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• You are proactive and have a great eye for detail

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with AI administration tools and CRM systems as a plus
