Responsibilities

You will be responsible for taking care of clients by providing an excellent administrative service. The position is based in Luxembourg.


What will you do?

  • Provide high-level administrative, operational and commercial assistance to the RMs in client management
  • Day-to-day management and control of all the clients’ queries, in collaboration with RMs (accounts opening, placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.).
  • Support the team in relationship to KYC and KYT ongoing remediation project
  • Proactive follow-up of accounts status
  • Proactively identify client needs and share the information with RMs
  • Prepare the offers and proposals in collaboration with RMs
  • Ensure the practical application of all the procedures, KYC surveillance permanent documentation of client activity and of the overall interaction with the client and monitoring of important transactions

What we need?


You have:

  • a relevant University background, ideally in Wealth Management
  • Experience in handling with clients both on the phone and per emails, in putting the clients first and provide a personal service
  • A proven first experience in the KYC and KYT fields within a bank in Luxembourg
  • Good knowledge of relevant internal processes and compliance obligations

 

You are:

  • Fluent in English, French will be an asset for this position
  • Well-organized, flexible and disciplined, able to handle multiple tasks and client requests in a structured way
  • Strongly client- and results-oriented and motivated to be part of a team.
