Responsibilities

How will you contribute?

 

You will be part of IS Operations Office team assisting the technical team in charge of the renewal and maintenance of the microcomputer and office automation equipment on the various sites of the LIST.

You will be mainly in charge of:

  • Plan and carry out the deployment of Windows 10, Apple macOS and IOS workstations
  • Install various office software
  • Diagnose hardware or software failures that may occur on different brands of workstations and perform troubleshooting
  • Track and process incidents reported by users
  • Be in support and technically assist users by integrating data related to their professional environment
  • Intervene on site or remote workstations to install software and/or hardware components

  • You hold a baccalaureate diploma(A-Level) or a two-year technical degree in IT, with a minimum of one year experience in a similar position.
  • In order to perform in your role, you have a good knowledge of Windows 10 and Apple environments, and a good knowledge of the TCP/IP network.
  • You also know microcomputer-type hardware environments (portable and fixed) and office applications such as Microsoft 365 (…)
  • Furthermore, you are autonomous, organized, and rigorous. You have a spirit of initiative, you are able to work in a team. And finally, you have a sense of the "customer relationship" to intervene and provide appropriate responses to users.
  • You have verbal and written fluency in both French and English.
