Responsibilities

How will you contribute?


If you are willing to discover how we hire and build plans to attract talents in a multicultural, multilingual and multidisciplinary work environment, this internship position is ideal.  

Your main mission will articulate around several tasks

 

As part of Talent Acquisition team, you will:

 

  • Maintain and update recruitment system/records
  • Publish job advertisements on LIST website and other job boards and medias
  • Analyse the sourcing channels to optimize our selection
  • Organize and schedule interviews
  • Register invoices and follow-up of recruitment/temp agencies fees
  • Manage application on our ATS
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
  • Perform preselection of applications
  • Conduct phone screenings
  • Contribute to HR projects like KPI

You hold a bachelor’s degree preferably in HR and are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

 

Your experience and skills are as follow:

  • Strong analytical, numerical and organisation skills
  • Comfortable working in a team but also in autonomy
  • Be rigorous and meticulous
  • Have high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Proactive and independent skill set with the ability to take initiative
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in MS Office

 

On top of that you are fluent both in French and in English, any other language is considered as an asset. You are the one we are looking for!
