Outsourcing Manager (M/F)

YOUR MISSION :
Within an outsourcing management team, you will be in charge of the implementation and further development of outsourcing management with corresponding control and monitoring processes
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Be in charge of the control of outsourcing contracts with regard to the required minimum contract components, e.g. according to Risk; regulator CSSF circular 17/654
- Manage the coordination and review of the risk / materiality analysis of the outsourcing process in the respective departments
- Review the appropriate involvement of control functions in the risk analysis process
- Classify outsourcing activities (IT vs. non-IT)
- Follow-up the setup and coordination pre-outsourcing analysis activities
- Gather the validation and remarks of key stakeholders
- Call-in or escalate to relevant department as required by the lifecycle stage or situation arising
- Maintain an effective interaction and collaboration with counterparts during all lifecycle stages: pre-outsourcing analysis >> contracting >> oversight >> closure
- Get or request guidance from competent board or committee as requested. Implement decisions accordingly.
- Maintain a regulatory-compliant outsourcing register
- Be the main contact for all organizational units regarding outsourcing management and control of service providers
- Participate actively in the 3rd Party forum
YOUR PROFILE :
- Master’s Degree (Bac + 4/5) economics, business informatics or comparable education and training
- Accountability towards management and regulator
- Ability to summarize and communicate in a concise manner with other stakeholders, including management, on complex issues and recommend next steps
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience outsourcing controlling
- An excellent command of written and spoken English & French.
- Very good strategic and networked thinking as well as independent and structured way of working
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills
