The internship will take place within the HR Department, in the Diversity and Inclusion group. Missions of the D&I project are to raise awareness for diversity, inclusion, and gender equity aspects, to improve the roadmap to a diverse and inclusive corporate culture, and to implement and update gender equality actions.


Responsibilities

How will you contribute?

As a D&I intern, you will support the D&I Officer in building, launching and driving cultural initiatives and programs that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the D&I Officer in the implementation and execution of projects related to the organization's D&I initiatives;
  • Assist in the collection, evaluation, and monitoring of internal and external data;
  • Work on D&I initiatives and programs, which includes working with other HR groups as the TA and the L&D team;
  • Provide administrative support to D&I workshops, trainings and group meetings;
  • Research and compile D&I articles, resources, tools and podcasts with the goal of providing recommendations on distributing this content to our workforce;
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to facilitate internal and external communications and marketing.


You will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills, grow your research and project management skills, as well as make recommendations around our D&I strategy and initiatives. An internship report is expected at the end of the training period.

Be a Master student in one of the following disciplines: Sociology or Psychology with a focus on diversity, gender or intercultural/multicultural aspects; Diversity studies, Gender equality studies; Intercultural/Multicultural studies.


You also have:

  • Good use of MS office pack;
  • Knowledge of communication techniques and social media;
  • Ability to integrate into a team and interact in a multicultural and linguistic environment.


On top of that, you have a good level of English and French. Luxembourgish and/or German would be an asset. You’re the one we’re looking for!
