ABOUT THE ROLE

In this cross-functional role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Digital Communication and work closely with various colleagues and departments.

The ideal candidate has solid experience or is a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented, brings simplicity to complex issues and has a passion for working in a fast-growing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the company’s marketing strategy in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands:

You develop and implement innovative & impactful marketing strategies for your market
You support the local teams with marketing materials
You set up and participate to local events
You support local partnerships with visuals and marketing collaterals
You ensure a good and correct presence of the brand in your market

WHAT IS REQUIRED ?

A demonstrated experience in Marketing or Digital communication 3- 5 years
You have a solution-oriented work style to feel comfortable in a fast-growing work environment
Knowledge of the Belgian media landscape
Basic knowledge of main digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Facebook Business Manager etc..
Ideally some basic knowledge of graphic design (photoshop, Illustrator & Canva)
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Exceptional organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
You are Dutch native speaker and fluent in English. Being also fluent in French will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
