IC-2301 INTEGRATION OF ACTIONS FOLLOW-UP FROM INTERNAL AUDITS INTO LIST QUALITY SOFTWARE INTERNSHIP
Are you passionate about research? So are we!
The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is a Research and Technology Organization (RTO) active in the fields of materials, environment and IT. By transforming scientific knowledge into technologies, smart data and tools, LIST empowers citizens in their choices, public authorities in their decisions and businesses in their strategies.
You’d like to contribute as an intern? Join our Internal Audit department!
The LIST internal audit service consists of a team of 2 collaborators: the Head of Internal audit and an internal auditor. It performs assurance and advisory missions according to an annual audit plan for the attention of the Board of Directors to which it reports directly.
The objective of the service is to provide reasonable assurance on the degree of control of LIST's activities and to provide recommendations or advice to improve them and contribute to creating value.
At the end of each internal audit mission, the LIST Management defines actions related to the recommendations issued by the internal audit service, which is responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors on the proper implementation of these actions.
How will you contribute?
As part of the digitalization approach and improvement of its methodological tools, the internal audit service wishes to implement the actions follow-up into the LIST quality software (www.avanteam.fr) in order to optimize the process in place. As part of this approach and under the supervision of the Head of internal audit, you will be responsible for integrating the actions currently monitored via XL into LIST quality software in coordination with the Quality Management Office.
In the context of this data transfer, the integration consists of taking the existing recommendations and actions and breaking them down in the software into "Improvement request" or "non-compliance" according to the workflow in place in the software.
Following this integration, you will be in charge of launching and performing the campaign to monitor these actions integrated into the quality software tool. The results of this campaign will be subject to a report submitted to the various LIST governance bodies.
