Our department, Digital Services, is seeking a web business analyst, in Ostermundigen (BE). The position will be available by mutual agreement.

Digital Services manages the TCS main website: TCS.ch, which includes a significant amount of content and small applications for all our activities. This also encompasses ecommerce, a portal, for our TCS members, where they can access their profile and obtain information about their membership and potentially other products subscriptions.

Your challenges as Business Analyst

• Participate in the web projects related to our main TCS.ch website
• Plan, organize, analysis, specification, modeling and documentation of business requirements
• Creation of Test plans and documentation, and carry out the acceptance tests
• Take on responsibilities for small to medium website extensions
• Discuss with the various business users within TCS to clearly understand their needs and find appropriate solution
• Collaborate with UX experts to define user-friendly solutions
• Act as the link between business and web developers
• Ensure that development aligns with the expectations of the business users

This will help you get started

• Degree (Bachelor University or FH, HF or similar) or a proven track record with IREB Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web projects
• Experience in business analysis
• Experience in User Experience, Customer Experience Design, and design thinking methods
• Experience in Agile / Scrum
• Understanding the fundamental concept of data flow on the web, such as HTTP
• Understanding the fundamental principles of how web and mobile apps work
• Communication skills tailored to stakeholders' needs
• Creative and open-minded with a can-do attitude
• Team player with good coaching and social skills
• Languages: Native-level proficiency in German and professional working proficiency in English, French is a plus
