Responsibilities

Proactively request information through various channels and from different colleagues.
Verify the accuracy of information and seek clarification when necessary.
Efficiently process data in multiple software packages.
Generate reports from our systems to support business needs.
Professionally and customer-orientedly respond to queries from colleagues and customers about processed information.

What we are looking for

A versatile administrative expert comfortable working with various software packages (including Microsoft Office and more).
Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage your workload, and set priorities with your manager.
A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Adaptability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
A team player with a helpful and collaborative spirit.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
