The Role

Concretely, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects in different industries. You'll be in close contact with clients and will build a thorough understanding of their business strategy and specific needs or ambitions in terms of digital transformation. You will define the to-be organization, processes and technologies and develop a digital roadbook for making them succeed. You will advise and guide our customers on topics such as large scale IT software implementation, adoption, deployment, operating model, alignment of processes and applications, business analysis and many other technology trends and topics.

Your role may include:

• Actively contribute in the development and the implementation of the organization’s digital strategy and assure the integration of digital into all aspects of the business (e.g. content, channels, processes, IT eco-system and operating models)
• Be able to translate business and process requirements into technology solutions and orchestrate this into digital roadmaps
• Design IT strategy in line with business goals of your client: define applications landscape, establish architecture principles, develop enterprise frameworks
• Be responsible for the workflow automation in business applications and accelerate the digital transformation (by simplifying workflow design, improve performance and results…)
• Design surveys and discovery sessions, prepare and conduct interviews, and facilitate focus group meetings to gather requirements
• Assess and identify emerging trends in digital technology, e-business platforms, digital and mobile products or services, and partnerships in line with the organization’s digital strategy
• Guide a team through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experiences
• Be responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
• Take on a leadership role over a team of consultants

Your Profile

• You have a passion for and a good understanding of technology (trend watching, meta view, technology regulation, frameworks, …) and IT department organization.
• Demonstrate working knowledge in digital transformation or an equivalent project experience for at least 3 years (IT landscape transformation, ERP implementation, process automation, data management, industry 4.0, support services transformation (HR, Finance, IT), Customer engagement, Business/IT alignment, Operational effectiveness, …)
• Ability to assess and understand the business reality of the client. Demonstrate a client-oriented attitude, including the ability to develop and maintain sustainable client relationships
• Analytical and critical mindset with an eye for detail
• A human-centered leader, able to take responsibility and to liaise with people
• Eager to participate in and contribute actively to a team-oriented environment
• Project Management skills (certification is a plus)
• Applications development methodologies certification is a plus (SCRUM master / Product Owner / etc.)
• ITIL and/or TOGAF (The Open Group) certification is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and French with a good working knowledge of English
