What can we expect from you
1. Project Delivery
In your role, you will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve our client’s HR and transformation challenges, provide hands-on solutions, and create insightful recommendations. Then, shape, lead and execute HR transformation projects round HR Performance and Change Management. Supporting delivery of projects by assessing current processes, identifying opportunities and providing recommendations. Owning individual pieces of work or managing your own work stream during engagements and leading team members in your stream.
2. Internal involvement
You will take an active internal role, contributing and influencing the direction of ngage in terms of HR Performance and/or Change Management, shape value propositions by co-creating with your colleagues on HR top-of-mind topics and build high performing teams around you to deliver quality services to our clients.
3. Business Development
You can recognize and create opportunities, work closely with senior leaders to drive the business development opportunities, take part in marketing activities, develop and maintain an active network and also capture new sales opportunities.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen ngage expertise on HR topics :
You either have experience (+/-5 years) in HR roles such as HRBP, HR project manager, talent manager, HR consulting…OR experience in working on cultural transformation or/and on change management.
Above that you can demonstrate :
- Project management skills
- Consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills.
- Ability to lead project team and act as interface with the client project manager
- Ability to build relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organization with clear ability to influence others.
- Eagerness to continuously learn, and bring innovative ideas
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset
- Client-oriented attitude
- Fluency in French or Dutch with a good working knowledge of the second country language and English
- Willingness to bring ngage HR expertise to a next level
