Operations Excellence Manager H/F/X

Sales Lentz, a family business founded in 1948, is now one of the major players in the Luxembourg transport sector.

We play an essential role in mobility in Luxembourg by offering a variety of transport solutions. With a fleet of over 850 vehicles, we have the largest private fleet in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Our fleet includes a wide variety of vehicles, all equipped with the latest technology to guarantee passenger safety and reduce environmental impact.

As part of our expansion, we are creating a position for an Operation Excellence Manager.

You will play a central role in supporting and seconding the Operation Director in his role in coordinating and improving the various services in operations.

Your mission is to understand and map current process, analyze their efficiency, identify improvements, quantify impact, implement projects, lead changes, and measure results.

Your responsibility

  • Cultivate a customer service mindset, addressing concerns promptly to ensure Customer and Employee’ satisfaction.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess and enhance excellence management processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Follow defined KPI’s, identify trend and design corrective actions.
  • Identify, create and implement new KPI’s with impactful results.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the activity, providing expert advice and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a variety of dynamic team.
  • Support pricing strategies and contribute compelling quotes, aligning commercial offers with capabilities.
  • Lead and coordinate impactful project and business reviews with various operation teams, ensuring a high level of quality and driving agreed actions.

Your experience, skills and talent

  • Engineering background or similar proven experience
  • Showcase strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to identify and implement impactful process improvements.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, crucial for fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Possess a customer service-oriented mindset, dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Must have

  • Language : Good bases of French is a must ; English, German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
