Who are we looking for ?

We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen HR team & expertise

You have at least 8 years of experience in HR roles such as HRBP, HR project manager, HR consulting.

 

And above that you can demonstrate:

 

-       Project management skills

-       An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build relationships, and manage stakeholders, with a clear ability to influence others

-        Real 'can do' attitude and excellent communication skills (written and oral)

-       Eagerness to continuously learn, and bring innovative ideas

-       Entrepreneurial and creative mindset

-       Client-oriented attitude

-       Fluent in French, Dutch and English

-       Knowledge of consulting sector is a plus

-       Willingness to bring our HR team and our client to a next level
