To strengthen our team in Luxembourg, we are looking for an experienced Odoo developer. As a developer, you'll be in regular contact with clients and our teams in order to deliver solutions based on understanding of their specific needs in terms of business/IT alignment.

Function:

As an Odoo developer, your specific tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Develop solutions for our clients from many different industries, sectors and company size
• Support and maintain those specific solutions
• Implement the client's needs in the Odoo solution before configuring it
• Create training material and documentation for Odoo users
• Deliver informative, well-organized demos to business teams
• Accompany and train end-users to the new tool (train the trainer approach) on Odoo and related applications
• Develop and maintain processes to continuously monitor data quality
• Coordinate test execution to ensure that all technical customizations and configurations follow industry and delivery best practices
• Support junior developers to help them grow
• Contribute to the daily development of Squareflow

Your profile :

• Between 2 and 4 years' experience in Odoo and/or Python
• Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in business, engineering or computer science)
• Several programming languages (Python & JavaScript)
• Excellent communication (written and oral) in French and English and interpersonal skills
• Structural thinking
• Ability to learn and evolve quickly
• Ability to work autonomously but also in team with a “Can Do attitude”
• Creatively and pragmatic in a problem-solving environment
• Fast-learner with a specific interest in Digital
