How will you contribute?
You will be mainly in charge of:
Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive IT security strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with business strategies as well as IT trends and developments
- Drive continuous improvement in IT security risk detection by implementing appropriate technical and administrative controls, IT standards and procedures
- Continuously evaluate the cyber threat landscape for LIST
- Centralize and analyse logs from various components, incidents, and security alerts
- Enhance and manage IT security monitoring activities
- Set up IT security indicators and dashboards
- Manage security incident monitoring and response mechanisms
- Ensure reliability and availability of monitoring tools like SIEM, and maintain consistent logging from various security IT systems and applications
- Assess and manage internal and external risks and threats relating to Information Systems security
- Design, implement, and support IT security technical and logical controls
- Define and configure new security use cases for identifying indicators of compromise
- Design operational documentation and procedures
- Contribute to security awareness across the organization
- Provide specific advice and recommendations on IT security risk management topics

Education
- Bac+5, graduated in IT security/cyber security
Experience and skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an operational security engineer
- At least 3 years of practical experience in SIEM tool management
- Deep knowledge of security standards such as the ISO 2700x suite or other industry best practices in security monitoring
- Excellent knowledge of risk management methods like MEHARI, EBIOS
- Experience in IT security risk analysis, contingency, vulnerability assessment, and remediation (patch management)
- Advanced knowledge of IT security operations including firewalls, proxies, web application firewalls, email secure gateways, remote accesses, and strong authentication systems
- Proficiency in cyber threat landscape, malware, and hacking techniques
- Information Security related certifications such as CISSP and/or CISA are considered an advantage
- Knowledge of project management techniques, progress tracking tools, and reporting would be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge and implementation of IT security solutions/tools and infrastructure
- Knowledge of IS security audit mechanisms and penetration and vulnerability testing methodologies
Language skills
- Good level both written and spoken English and French
