Tomorrowland Leisure is een nieuwe afdeling, geïnspireerd door de magische wereld en de diepgewortelde waarden van Tomorrowland, een van de meest iconische muziekfestivals ter wereld. Om onze nieuwe afdeling te versterken, breiden we ons team uit met een enthousiaste Hospitality- en Leisure-expert die ervaring heeft in hospitality- en leisureprojecten met focus op lifestyle en muziek.

Als je een lifestyle- en entertainmentbedrijf hebt geleid, zoals een hotel, restaurant of dag/nachtclub en klaar bent om over te schakelen naar conceptontwikkeling, blijf dan verder lezen.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

• Je rapporteert aan de Head of Tomorrowland Leisure en helpt samen met het team bij het creëren en ontwikkelen van vrijetijdsconcepten om deze nieuwe afdeling te laten groeien.
• Je besteedt 70% van je tijd aan operationele taken en 30% aan strategische planning en analyse.
• Met jouw praktische ervaring in horeca, F&B en operations draag je bij aan het vormgeven van Tomorrowland's leisureprojecten, waaronder restaurants, hotels, dagclubs en barconcepten.
• Je weet wat klanten zoeken en zult proberen deze kansen in te vullen met de USP’s van Tomorrowland.
• Met hands-on operationele ervaring in horeca en leisure, help je bij het vormgeven van doorlopende projectontwikkeling en geef je bruikbare, praktische feedback om ideeën en concepten te verfijnen.
• Je fungeert als een cruciale schakel tussen onze Leisure-afdeling en onze collega's in de creatie en F&B afdelingen.
• Je creëert SOP's die zijn afgestemd op de normen van Tomorrowland, waarbij je deze aanpast aan lokale operationele behoeften.
• Bij de lancering van nieuwe projecten help je bij het identificeren en selecteren van lokaal talent, waarbij je gebruik maakt van je uitgebreide netwerk in de industrie om het succes van het concept te waarborgen.
• Met sterke financiële expertise beheer je de optimalisatie van de P&L, ontwikkel je operationele budgetten en zorg je voor financieel succes van de projecten.
• Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van concept brand books voor huidige en toekomstige projecten.

MUST-HAVES

• Bereidheid om te verhuizen naar Antwerpen, België.
• Aantoonbare ervaring als General Manager, F&B Director of Operations Director in lifestyle- en entertainmentgerichte omgevingen, zoals hotels, restaurants, poolclubs of dag/nachtclubs.
• Ervaring met muziekevenementen is een pluspunt.
• Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en een echte focus op het leveren van kwaliteit.
• Je bent oplossingsgericht en vindt altijd win-win kansen voor alle betrokkenen.
• Je daagt de status quo uit en doet nooit aannames.
• Stressbestendig, met een no-nonsense houding en een hands-on benadering.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Engels.

To strengthen our new leisure department, we are expanding our team with an enthusiastic Hospitality and Leisure expert who has experience in lifestyle- and music-focused hospitality and leisure environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will report to the Head of Tomorrowland Leisure and together with the team, help create and develop leisure concepts to grow this new department.
• You will spend 70% of your time on operational tasks and 30% on strategic planning and analysis.
• Drawing on your hands-on experience in hospitality, F&B and operations, you will contribute to shaping Tomorrowland’s leisure projects, including restaurants, hotels, day clubs and bar concepts.
• You know what customers are looking for and will seek to fulfill these opportunities with Tomorrowland’s USPs.
• With first-hand operational experience in hospitality and leisure, you will help shape ongoing project development and provide actionable, practical feedback to refine ideas and concepts.
• You will serve as a crucial link between our Leisure department and our colleagues in the Creative and F&B departments.
• You will create SOPs aligned with Tomorrowland’s standards, adapting them to local operational needs.
• As new projects launch, you will help identify and select top local talent, leveraging your extensive industry network to ensure concept success.
• With strong financial expertise, you will manage P&L optimization, develop operational budgets and ensure financial success for the projects.
• You will contribute to the development of concept brand books for current and future projects.

MUST-HAVES

• Willingness to relocate to Antwerp, Belgium
• Proven experience as a General Manager, F&B Director or Operations Director in lifestyle and entertainment-focused settings, such as hotels, restaurants, pool clubs or day/nightclubs.
• Experience with music events is a plus.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and a genuine focus on delivering quality.
• You are solution-oriented, always finding win-win opportunities for everyone involved.
• You challenge the status quo and never make assumptions.
• Stress-resistant, with a no-nonsense attitude and a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in English.
