WeAreOneWorld, de organisatie achter Tomorrowland, heeft een ambitieuze groei-strategie die zich focust op het uitbouwen en verdiepen van het merk Tomorrowland. Dit door het verder laten groeien van bestaande activiteiten (Festivals & Evenementen, Fashion, Music, etc.) en het opstarten van nieuwe zaken in binnen- en buitenland.

Binnen Festivals & Evenementen speelt CORE een belangrijke rol als vooruitstrevend submerk van Tomorrowland. CORE staat bekend om zijn innovatieve aanpak en iconische stage, die zijn oorsprong vindt in de bossen van Tomorrowland. Inmiddels reist dit unieke podium zelf de wereld rond als festival-concept en brengt het de magische CORE-ervaring naar internationale locaties. 

CORE is een jong en dynamisch submerk met groot groeipotentieel. Om dit project verder te laten groeien, zijn we op zoek naar een strategische Business Lead. Als Business Lead rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CORE Lead en werk je nauw samen met andere departementen, alsook externe partners.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

• Je ondersteunt de CORE Lead in de dagelijkse activiteiten van het project en creëert een hefboom om de impact van CORE te maximaliseren. 
• Hiervoor bouw je sterke relaties uit en werk je nauw samen met interne stakeholders uit verschillende departementen.
• Je brengt structuur in de dagelijkse werking en denkt na over mogelijke optimalisaties.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van bestaande (internationale) festivals.
• Je leidt samen met de CORE lead het business development proces van CORE.
• Je zoekt proactief naar nieuwe potentiële partners.
• Je onderzoekt de (financiële) haalbaarheid van nieuwe projecten 
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene opvolging van de verschillende aspecten van het business development proces.
• Je begeleidt de uitwerking van CORE’s strategisch meerjarenplan en bijhorend financieel budget.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële rapportage en werkt hiervoor de nodige analyses uit.

MUST-HAVES

• Je beschikt over een Master-diploma in een Economische richting.
• Je kan helder en gestructureerd communiceren, mondeling en schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Je haalt energie uit het verhogen van efficiëntie, ook bij de kleinste verbeteringen.
• Je bent bijzonder analytisch, behoudt je helikopterview en bent flexibel.
• Omgaan met change en extra uitdagingen geven jou energie.
• Je kunt goed omgaan met onduidelijkheid en veranderende omstandigheden, past je snel aan nieuwe situaties aan en communiceert effectief, zelfs wanneer de richting nog niet helemaal vaststaat.

CORE is a young and dynamic sub-brand with significant growth potential. To drive this project forward, we are looking for a strategic Business Lead.

As Business Lead, you will report directly to the CORE Lead and work closely with other departments and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will actively support the CORE Lead in managing the day-to-day activities of the project, working together to amplify CORE's impact.
• You'll cultivate strong relationships and collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments, creating a unified team environment.
• Your role will involve bringing structure and organization to daily operations, constantly seeking ways to improve and optimize processes.
• You'll take charge of following up on existing international festivals, ensuring everything is on track and running smoothly.
• Working alongside the CORE Lead, you'll play a key role in driving CORE's business development efforts, contributing to strategic growth.
• You'll proactively identify and reach out to potential new partners, building CORE's network.
• Assessing the financial viability of new projects will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all initiatives are sustainable and impactful.
• You'll manage the follow-up of various stages in the business development process, making sure all aspects are covered.
• You'll be a key player in shaping the long-term strategy for CORE, contributing to the development of a clear and actionable financial plan.
• As part of your role, you'll oversee financial reporting, carrying out detailed analyses to ensure everything is aligned with CORE’s goals.

MUST-HAVES

• You hold a Master's degree in Economics.
• You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in both Dutch and English.

• With a strong analytical mindset, you’re able to see the big picture while staying flexible and focused on the details.
