• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and processes
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, optimise resources and ensure financial health
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build partnerships and expand Joule's reach

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in managing or scaling startups or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
• Understanding of business operations, finance, and strategy.
• Communication skills in English, German and French (written and verbal).
