Tomorrowland is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and manage the online department of the Tomorrowland Store. In this role, you will be responsible to further expand our digital sales strategy, drive revenue growth and enhance our customers’ online shopping experience. 



RESPONSIBILITIES

 

E-commerce strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent growth in online sales and profitability.
  • Create and manage annual & monthly revenue forecasts, setting sales targets and tracking performance against budgeted goals.
  • Forecast and monitor budget allocation on a quarterly basis.


Sales growth & Performance Optimization

  • Develop strategies to drive online sales growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Continuously optimize the customer journey, leveraging data insights to identify areas for improvement in product pages, checkout flows and site navigation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted promotions, campaigns and upselling strategies to boost revenue.
  • Identify new opportunities and innovative solutions to enhance online performance across markets.


Website Management

  • Oversee the global e-commerce platforms, ensuring an intuitive, seamless, and engaging customer experience.
  • Optimize site performance, usability, and functionality by collaborating with internal team members and external partners.
  • Monitor and manage online the product catalog, pricing, and content to align with brand guidelines.


Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with our digital marketing partner to create and execute campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and analytics tools to identify trends and optimize marketing effectiveness.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations for buying decisions and collection planning.
  • Ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet sales targets while minimizing overstock and missed opportunities.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Regularly present performance updates to stakeholders.



MUST-HAVES

  • You have proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce management within a global brand or retail environment.
  • You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • You’re an expert in e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and ERP systems.
  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, ROAS, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • You bring an analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • You can translate sales data into actionable merchandising and inventory decisions.
  • You have exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage (cross-functional) teams effectively.
  • You take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a "can-do" attitude to overcome challenges and drive results.
