Tomorrowland will soon open the doors of a brand new Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza! Visitors can discover the most delightful items from the Tomorrowland collection in this store – from stylish clothing to must-have accessories and jewelry, something for everyone. Special collaborations will also take center stage in the store, such as the scented candles from Baobab, the high-quality JBL speakers, and much more. Additionally, people can enjoy a cup of coffee while catching a glimpse of the enchanting world of Tomorrowland.


The opening of the new Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza is scheduled for May 2025 and to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish, Tomorrowland is looking for an enthusiastic team. To provide customers with an unforgettable experience in the Tomorrowland Store, located at the vibrant Playa d’en Bossa, Tomorrowland is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you ensure a smoothly operating bar, offer guests the perfect coffee experience and assist in the store when needed.


As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the right hand of the store manager and play a crucial role in the daily success of the store. You ensure efficient management, excellent customer service and a motivated team. In this position, you work closely with your colleagues to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction and support the store in meeting business objectives.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You support the store manager in the daily management of the store.
  • You handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
  • You assist with stock management, ensure the store is always properly stocked, and monitor appropriate inventory levels, including placing orders in a timely manner.
  • You manage sales performance and contribute to achieving the set sales targets.
  • You assist with visual merchandising and help create an attractive and customer-focused store presentation.
  • You process payments and manage cash flow.
  • You perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining reports and other operational processes.
  • You report sales data, inventory management and personnel matters to the store manager, and ensure clear administrative follow-up.



MUST-HAVES

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in retail or a similar customer-oriented role.
  • A customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills with a passion for creating a positive store and hospitality experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
  • Flexibility and stress resistance, with the ability to prioritize in a busy work environment.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability for a seasonal position each year from May to September.
