Visitors can discover the most delightful items from the Tomorrowland collection in this store – from stylish clothing to must-have accessories and jewelry, something for everyone. Special collaborations will also take center stage in the store, such as the scented candles from Baobab, the high-quality JBL speakers, and much more. Additionally, people can enjoy a cup of coffee while catching a glimpse of the enchanting world of Tomorrowland.

The opening of the new Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza is scheduled for May 2025 and to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish, Tomorrowland is looking for an enthusiastic team. To provide customers with an unforgettable experience in the Tomorrowland Store, located at the vibrant Playa d’en Bossa, Tomorrowland is looking for an energetic bar manager. In this role, you ensure a smoothly operating bar, offer guests the perfect coffee experience, and assist in the store when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the daily operations of the bar, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Keep both the bar and store neat and organized, making sure everything meets company standards.
• Provide excellent service to customers, whether they are coming for a cup of coffee, trying on clothes or purchasing products, and assist in the store when needed with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic bar area.
• Handle payments and manage cash flow.
• Lead and support the bar team by promoting teamwork, offering guidance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare the perfect cup of coffee using the right techniques and quality ingredients.

MUST-HAVES

• At least 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, with experience in retail or store management being a plus.
• A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for creating a positive experience in both retail and hospitality.
• Strong barista and bar skills.
• Flexible and stress-resistant, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards relevant to a bar.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Available for a seasonal position from May to September each year.
