Visitors can discover the most delightful items from the Tomorrowland collection in this store – from stylish clothing to must-have accessories and jewelry, something for everyone. Special collaborations will also take center stage in the store, such as the scented candles from Baobab, the high-quality JBL speakers, and much more. Additionally, people can enjoy a cup of coffee while catching a glimpse of the enchanting world of Tomorrowland.

The opening of the new Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza is scheduled for May 2025 and to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish, Tomorrowland is looking for an enthusiastic team. To provide customers with an unforgettable experience in the Tomorrowland Store, located at the vibrant Playa d’en Bossa, Tomorrowland is looking for energetic and customer-focused bartenders.

As a bartender, you are responsible for the daily operations of the bar and provide excellent customer service. You ensure everything runs smoothly, contribute to guest satisfaction, and keep the bar clean, attractive, and well-organized. You prepare drinks with care, provide menu advice and handle payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You prepare and serve coffee, as well as a wide range of beverages, with attention to quality and customer experience.
• You ensure that the bar remains clean, organized and inviting, both during and after working hours, and always comply with hygiene and safety standards.
• You restock and check supplies, from drinks and coffee essentials to tableware, to keep operations running smoothly.
• You provide friendly and efficient service, making guests feel welcome.

MUST-HAVES

• You have experience in hospitality, preferably as a bartender or barista, and are familiar with preparing coffee and other beverages.
• You are customer-oriented, friendly and attentive to guests' needs.
• You have basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
• You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and can handle a busy work environment.
• You can express yourself well in English; Spanish is a plus.
• You are available for a seasonal role from May to September each year.
