Visitors can discover the most delightful items from the Tomorrowland collection in this store – from stylish clothing to must-have accessories and jewelry, something for everyone. Special collaborations will also take center stage in the store, such as the scented candles from Baobab, the high-quality JBL speakers, and much more. Additionally, people can enjoy a cup of coffee while catching a glimpse of the enchanting world of Tomorrowland.

The opening of the new Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza is scheduled for May 2025 and to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish, Tomorrowland is looking for an enthusiastic team. To provide customers with an unforgettable experience in the Tomorrowland Store, located at the vibrant Playa d’en Bossa, Tomorrowland is looking for energetic and customer-focused sales heroes.

As a sales hero, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store’s daily operations and providing an outstanding shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining store organization, and supporting wherever needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You ensure that the product assortment is neatly stocked and attractively presented, and contribute to a clean and organized store environment.
• You assist customers with product advice, answer questions and create an excellent shopping experience.
• You ensure fast and accurate payment processing.
• You monitor inventory, keep an eye on stock levels and promptly signal when replenishment is needed.
• You collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store results.

MUST-HAVES

• You have a customer-oriented attitude and enjoy helping and advising customers.
• You have experience in retail.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and can adapt well in a busy work environment.
• You have an eye for detail and ensure that the store always looks neat and appealing.
• You have basic knowledge of inventory management and organizational skills.
• You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills.
• You can express yourself well in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Each year, you are available for a seasonal role from May to September.
