What will you do?

You will join the HR team, most particularly the Recruitment & Career team, and you will be in charge of recruitment processes for a dedicated population:

  • Advertise announcements on jobboards;
  • Organise and manage interviews for trainees candidates;
  • Administrative follow-up of applications in our HRIS;
  • Use jobboards’ database to find candidates;
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new employees;
  • Participate in different recruitment events (recruitment days, job fairs, etc.) and promote our services;
  • Support the HR recruitment team on various ad hoc tasks and projects depending on the needs.
