BDO in Luxembourg is looking for a Knowledge Management/ Documentation Trainee for a period of 3 to 6 months or a summer student (m/f)!

You will work in close collaboration with the Knowledge Manager and assist her in the development and promotion of our Knowledge Center.
In your role, you will:
Support document recording in our Knowledge Management System (KMS), including digitisation and indexing.
Contribute to the project focused on migrating KMS content, involving inventory management and data cleaning.
Assist KMS users with their needs and inquiries.
Participate in the management of both digital and physical library: monitor acquisitions and oversee the integration and promotion of new acquisitions.
Your profile:
If you...
You are preferably familiar with Knowledge Management/Documentation/Librarian/Record management but we will also examine profiles with an interest in these fields
You are looking for an internship or summer student job
Have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), experience of Knowledge Management dedicated systems would be an asset
Are curious about new technologies - IT skills are “cherry on the cake”
Have good communications skills and be fluent in French and English. German is an asset
Are open to change
Are able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Manage effectively your time
