Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting an Airport Operations Regulatory Coordinator - Focal Point.

Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks

  • Preparing, participating and following up on internal and external audits of Operations Process Owners
  • As an expert, supporting the compliance team in audits of subcontractors related to OPS subcontracted activities. These audits being mainly based on AESA regulation
  • Supporting the Process Owners in the development of root cause analysis, continuous improvement planning and formal responses to observations and findings raised during audits
  • Verifying and ensuring the correct application of the Aerodrome Manual, the compliance basics and the applicable documentation (internal and external) to ensure that operational issues are kept up to date and corrective action is taken (if necessary).
  • Following up on the implementation of corrective actions and any improvement measures
  • Carrying out and implementing compliance improvement projects within the Operations department
  • Developing and implementing the actions of the compliance action plan linked to OPS
  • Monitoring the compliance status of all Operations related items and taking action where necessary
  • Alerting the Compliance Manager and Postholder Operations in the event that non-compliance and/or delays in action could put the business at risk
  • Supporting the operations departments in the preparation, implementation and training of the new EASA regulations
  • Supporting operations' external service partners in the implementation of existing and new regulations
  • Liaising and aligning with Operational Process Owners, Postholder Operations, Compliance and external operational service providers
  • Being the point of contact for contractors for all AESA OPS activities (CGDIS, Follow-me, etc.) of safety communication (safety campaigns, safety flashes, new developments)

  • Participating in the integration of new employees 
  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

 

Studies / training

Postgraduate degree (Bac +3) or relevant experience in a similar position


--


Experience

  • Experience in aviation or having had aviation training
  • Project Management experience
  • Real-time experience in the quality and/or compliance domain is a plus

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
  • English: advanced operational level in the business (B2 minimum)
