In order to strengthen our internal teams, we are currently looking for a:

Application Support Specialist

You will be part of the IT Business Application team and will be responsible to integrate, deploy and maintain the applications used by our staff.

Based on the needs of the Project Managers, you can either join a project team to implement a new digital solution or be responsible to maintain such solutions (Release management and support Level 2).

You are familiar or have a strong interest with the Microsoft technology environment (SQL, Office 365, power platform,...)

What will you do?

• Support the production environment and solve Business and IT Incidents
• Implement, integrate and support third party software as well as internally developed.
• Assist across all phases of BDO implementation project (e.g. Analyze, Design, Build, test and deploy)
• Maintain the applications you will be responsible of. Manage the releases, analyze production system issues, and provide 2^nd and 3^rd level support to internal customers.
• Collaborate closely with the IT teams and Project Managers to ensure a strong service quality.
• Ensure the integrity of the production environment and implement upgrades or new products that are critical for the daily operational business.
