Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to the Balearics and therefore is looking for a meticulous and experienced Finance Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our operations.

As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our operations. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in driving financial efficiency and supporting the overall success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ, to support financial planning and decision-making.

• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.

MUST-HAVES

• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years in financial management.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
