Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to the Balearics and therefore is looking for a visionary and experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee all culinary and beverage operations.

As the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the F&B department. This includes menu development, staff management & sourcing, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. Your creativity and leadership will be key in creating and delivering an exceptional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the F&B pre-opening phase and develop, together with TML HQ, a brand new entertainment experience.

• Develop & own the F&B strategy plan.

• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs together with renowned chefs & an executive team.

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of F&B staff.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage inventory and control costs of multiple outlets.

• Collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ, to plan and execute events.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or feedback.

• Maintain high standards of quality and service in line with the Tomorrowland brand.

MUST-HAVES

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar role, with at least 10 years in F&B management in a dynamic hospitality, leisure, nightlife, or entertainment environment is a must.

• Experience managing multiple outlets within a single venue.

• Strong knowledge of the market, culinary trends, and beverage offerings, with experience in high-end food development.

• Experience in the pre-opening phase.

• Proven track record working with HQ executive chef teams.

• Existing network within the Spanish hospitality industry is a plus.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, overseeing large teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
