Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to the Balearics and therefore is looking for a strategic and innovative Sales and Marketing Director to drive our marketing efforts and maximize sales.

As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Your role will be crucial in building brand awareness, attracting guests, and ensuring the financial success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.

• Manage an internal marketing team handling day-to-day communication.

• Manage public relations and media relations efforts.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and (brand) partnerships.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

• Coordinate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

• Develop, monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

MUST-HAVES

• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Director or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing management within high-energy and high-volume nightlife or entertainment settings is a must.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a must.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Creative and strategic thinking.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
