Role description

NCA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to support our finance team. In this role, you will assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis, as well as help manage payment runs and ensure proper documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring financial processes are followed while responding quickly and effectively to requests from other teams. Strong English communication skills and a solid understanding of financial principles are essential. Main Responsibilities

  • Support the finance team in executing financial processes aligned with company strategy.

  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial plans for different departments, including variance analysis for review.

  • Help monitor the company’s liquidity by supporting forecasting activities.

  • Coordinate and assist in gathering supporting documentation to meet accounting deadlines.

  • Prepare payment runs while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with best practices.

  • Assist in reviewing financial processes, identifying risks, and supporting the implementation of basic control measures.

 

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (internships included).

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and professionally.

  • Basic knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

  • Understanding of accounting principles.

  • Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
