About the Role
As a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing modern digital workplace solutions that drive business transformation. Your mission will be to advise our clients, design robust and scalable architectures, and oversee end-to-end deployments based on the Microsoft ecosystem — with a focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure services.
You will play a key role in both the pre-sales and delivery phases of strategic projects, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers. If you are passionate about creating meaningful impact through technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
Your Main Responsibilities
Collect and analyze technical and functional requirements based on client business needs and existing IT landscape
Design technical architectures and implementation strategies that are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
Translate business needs into actionable, sustainable, and user-centric Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, Azure AD, etc.)
Lead or contribute to implementation phases, ensuring successful delivery, user adoption, and client satisfaction
Oversee developments carried out internally or by third-party providers, ensuring technical quality and consistency
Support project coordination on small to medium-size projects, including planning, task tracking, and reporting
Act as a trusted advisor, presenting recommendations and roadmaps to clients, and anticipating future technological evolutions
Collaborate with internal teams on solution design reviews, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical documentation
Your Profile
You have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 cloud architectures, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, and related services
You are autonomous and structured, able to take a business requirement and translate it into a technical solution end-to-end
You have experience in leading small project teams, managing deliverables, and ensuring timelines are respected
You stay ahead of the curve when it comes to emerging technologies and Microsoft roadmap updates
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-600, AZ-104, SC-300) are an asset
