How will you contribute?
You play a key role in achieving the HR team's goals and ensuring smooth operations. You efficiently manage your daily tasks, staying aligned with plans and directions. With a strong client-oriented approach, you communicate easily with internal and external stakeholders. As you deepen your knowledge of LIST's HR activities, policies, and operations, you can confidently explain relevant theories and practices. Your ability to analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information helps drive better decision-making.
Missions:
Intervenes on the conduct of HR Administration processes linked to the employee lifecycle.
Prepare and administer all documents considering established instructions, rules, and policies such as employment contracts, certificates, etc.
Record employees’ information and documentation in HR Systems and ensure all information is up-to-date.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries.
Keep professional contact with external stakeholders (e.g., ministries and administrations.).
Approach your tasks with a critical mindset, anticipate problems, and proactively suggest solutions.
Propose continuous improvements ideas and challenge the status quo to make the process more efficient and effective.
Contribute to the updating of different HR documentation/policies.
Stay informed about changes in HR legislation and HR policies accordingly.

You have good theoretical knowledge of Human Resources obtained through advanced education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) combined with short previous experiences.
You have good analysis skills with a strong attention to detail.
You are adept at handling confidential information with care.
You’re proficient in MS Office.
Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are strong across formal and informal settings, whether in-person or online.
You demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity.
You possess strong client-oriented skills.
You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
