How will you contribute?

Within the Human Resources Department, you will join the Talent Management entity and its Learning & Development team.

 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

 

  • Participate in the promotion of trainings and foster a culture of continuous development.

  • Be an advisor in identifying skill gaps and development needs, bring added value with your recommendations.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of training plans and training catalogue.

  • Ensure the logistics and administrative management of training programs: define training dates and times in coordination with trainers, ensure the smooth running of training sessions, monitor and evaluate feedback, manage budget in relation.

  • Participate in initiatives aiming at improving the quality of life at work and promoting a positive organizational culture.

  • Participate in the overall support of employees with their career management and skills development efforts.

  • Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of HR processes by participating in the implementation of digital workflows and the automation of procedures.

  • Keep up to date about new training practices and topics to anticipate future relevant needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management

  • Proven experience in a similar role

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office software

  • Fluency in French AND English
