How will you contribute?
As HR Business Partner (HR BP), you conduct missions and activities with autonomy that are critical for HR Department, and you report directly to the HR Director. You identify, analyze, and solve problems on a daily basis within your scope of intervention. You demonstrate critical analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of information.
In addition, you proactively identify improvements to processes, tools, and ways of doing. As per so, you evaluate feasibility and effectiveness of solutions; implement them in coordination with other HR team members. You easily get to know LIST and key people to connect with, in order to find solve the challenges you may be confronted to – with a constant focus on internal customer service.
In this role you are requested to:
Support managers & employees
· Act as a partner at managerial level, building a relationship of trust
· Act as an HR professional, providing advice and assistance on HR issues
· Respond to employees’/managers’ requests that require a good knowledge of HR law and regulations.
· Identify and propose solutions to resolve interpersonal issues/conflicts
· Identify and manage HR risks
· Ensure that HR decisions made at the managerial level are consistent with LIST's HR policies
Manage and implement HR policies and tools
· Contribute to the definition and updating of annual recruitment plan
· Support internal mobility
· Monitor trial periods and contracts deadlines
· Monitor the performance appraisal process
· Upon request, assist managers and employees in setting objectives and/or evaluating performance
· Handle the annual salary review process in compliance with LIST internal policies and rules
· Develop and update various dashboards related to salary reviews
· Ensure that the process is handled smoothly by all parties
Other missions
· Clearly explain methods, practices and procedures related to their work.
· Perform presentations in front of employees or managers on topics related to their work or area of activity.
· Identify, analyse and propose solutions to problems/challenges encountered in the scope of their work
· Contribute to the achievement of the HR department's collective objectives
· Promote and contribute to the HR department's image through the provision of quality service

Required qualifications and skills
· Bachelor or Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources Management;
· Good knowledge and relevant experience in HR;
· Ensure confidentiality, discretion, responsibility, and respect;
· Strong teamwork and good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders;
· Take initiatives and ability to propose innovative solutions tailored to employee needs;
· Rigorous work approach and good organizational skills;
· Priority management and multiple tasking;
· Openness to change and commitment.
· Experience in having handled complete processes or missions in autonomy, getting expected results on quality and time.
· Fluency in French and English;
· Proficiency with MS Office tools – HRAccess knowledge is as asset
