skeeled is a Luxembourgish recruitment tech company with an office in Dudelange (Luxembourg) and Porto (Portugal) that has been helping businesses simplify and digitalise their recruitment processes since 2014. Thanks to our ATS, we enable our clients to work more efficiently and focus on what truly matters: hiring the best talent.
In addition to our tool, we offer a Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) solution that combines our technology and expertise to support our clients in finding the right profiles for their needs.
This position will be based in Porto and represents an exciting opportunity to become the first recruiter in our Portuguese office, working closely with the rest of the recruitment team based in Luxembourg. You’ll play a key role in connecting both locations and helping us grow our impact across markets.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%) 🔍
Manage client relationships and identify their recruitment needs.
Write and publish job advertisements for our clients.
Source talent on various platforms, including LinkedIn.
Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
Conduct phone and/or video interviews with candidates.
Provide regular updates to clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain excellent candidate relationship management.
Business Development (30%) 📞
Conduct business development to identify and build a pipeline of opportunities.
Prospect through various channels, such as email, LinkedIn, our database or networking.
Negotiate, prepare and send tailored business proposals to clients.
Help expand the client portfolio and strengthen existing relationships.
Must-have requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, business developer, or similar customer-facing role.
Professional proficiency in French, English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Proven experience working in a performance-driven environment.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Continuous learning mindset.
Nice-to-have requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience in a startup or SaaS environment.
Fluency in another language is a plus.
