Your Role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our digital products. You will work closely with our development teams to design, implement, and execute test cases, ensuring high-quality standards across our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive manual testing of web, mobile, and API applications.
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, checklists, QA metrics, and bug reports.
Develop and maintain automated end-to-end (E2E) tests to support continuous integration and efficient test cycles.
Engage proactively with teams and stakeholders to resolve quality issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Implement, refine, and continuously improve QA processes, incorporating innovative practices.
Regularly analyze QA metrics and production logs to proactively identify potential issues and maintain system reliability.
Actively participate in Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) and project meetings, aligning testing efforts with project timelines and objectives.
Requirements
Extensive experience managing and executing QA processes for multiple applications simultaneously.
Proven ability to develop and implement personalized testing strategies and quality benchmarks.
Expertise in comprehensive API testing using tools like SoapUI and Postman.
Solid experience in mobile application testing across various devices and operating systems, including integration testing with printers.
Strong leadership skills to mentor QA teams and drive continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience in introducing innovative solutions and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives within QA processes.
Significant experience in the transportation domain, including testing and ensuring quality for transportation-related applications.
Proficiency in end-to-end (E2E) testing to ensure complete system functionality.
Familiarity with AI-driven or automation testing methods is a plus.
Strong documentation skills for test processes, including test cases, checklists, QA metrics, and bug reporting.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
Ability to analyze production logs for proactive issue detection and resolution.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
English proficiency for effective communication and team collaboration.
