Your Role
As a Finance Project Lead, you will be part of the Finance PMO team. Together with the Finance Project Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and implementation of strategic financial projects within WEAREONE.world.

Your Responsibilities

• You support the rollout of strategic financial projects at group level (cash flow planning, financing structures, working capital management, integrations...).

• You guide financial implementation projects that support the international growth of our group – with a focus on building efficient financial structures.

• You act as a bridge between business owners (both local and international) and finance, taking on an active project management role.

• You perform ad hoc analyses to support management in making key decisions.

• You help coordinate the budgeting process for the entire WEAREONE.world group and contribute to accurate and timely management reporting.

• You actively participate in internal and external financial communication and support stakeholder management.

What We’re Looking For

• You hold a master’s degree (e.g. in Business Economics, Commercial Engineering, Economics...) and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• You have broad financial knowledge – from operational processes to accounting and corporate law.

• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and enjoy working on projects.

• You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English.

• You have a hands-on mentality, take initiative, and are solution-oriented.

• International experience or affinity with international projects is a plus.
