We're looking for a creative and motivated Community Manager (FR/EN) to join our new hub in Faro!

Launched in 2024 and partnered with skeeled, an all-in-one talent acquisition software, Alleyesonme.jobs is Luxembourg's first 2.0 job board for both B2B and B2C audiences, and helps companies optimise their employer branding and attract talent with visual content, such as photos and videos of their teams and corporate culture.

To support its growth, Alleyesonme.jobs is hiring a Community Manager (FR/EN) to join its new editorial hub in Faro, Algarve.

You will work under the supervision of the Marketing Manager based in Faro, and collaborate closely with the founders.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

• Edit and produce videos for social media (Reels, TikToks, interviews…)

• Develop tailored messages for both B2B and B2C audiences

• Build and manage online communities

• Track performance and optimise content to maximise reach and engagement
  

💡 What we’re looking for

• Proven first experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation

• Strong video editing skills for social media formats (CapCut...)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to write and adapt content for different audiences (B2B & B2C)

• Confident using LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok on a professional level

• Ability to manage projects and respect deadlines

• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level required)
