Your Mission
Your mission is to design and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows that elevate analytics and BI reporting across the business. You’ll build and optimise dimensional data models—especially star schemas—in Snowflake and dbt, ensuring seamless integration with BI tools. You’ll contribute to the development of intuitive, impactful dashboards and reports, aligned with stakeholder needs and data best practices.
With a strong focus on performance, integrity, and consistency, you’ll help shape our data governance framework by applying best-in-class practices in metadata management, cataloging, and lineage tracking. Your work will support a reliable, transparent data ecosystem, built for scalability.
What You’ll Be Working On
This is a hybrid data and analytics engineering role, where you will focus primarily on engineering our data platforms, while supporting reporting initiatives. You will develop data models in Snowflake and dbt, optimizing workflows and pipelines in Microsoft Azure and Google Analytics. Regarding BI tools, you will be familiar with building reports in Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
As we develop a data management and governance framework you will contribute to the development and adherence to data policies and guidelines. Helping to enrich and maintain a metadata repository is an essential, short-term initiative, liaising with business teams and data stewards.

Who You Are
You bring a solid background in data engineering, data modelling, SQL & Python, and a deep understanding of cloud data platforms. You’re proficient in Snowflake, dbt and Microsoft environments, and have experience of Business Intelligence platforms. Experience of data governance and data management principles is a big plus. You have a solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the drive to build something lasting. You don’t just adapt to change – you lead it.
