How will you contribute?
You’ll join the Finance Project Office team where you will be in charge of revenue recognition and invoicing. You will be also involved in the budgeting of projects and in other daily operations contributing to the monthly closing and continuous updates. As we are changing some of our ERPs, you will be involved in making that transition a success as well. You are a well-organized and rigorous. Among others, and depending on their area of activity, the duties may include:
· Works with autonomy under limited supervision on processing and follow-up financial/accounting administrative routine tasks.
· Enters financial information into the LIST internal databases, reconciliates financial documents, and verification of financial transactions.
· Maintains accurate administrative financial records, including invoices, receipts, reimbursement, and other transactions.
· Verifies the conformity of invoicing, orders’ delivery/reception, and other accounting/financial information.
· Organises and files administrative documents in both physical and electronic formats.
· Generates reports from information systems.

You are proficient in office tools (Excel, Outlook, 4D SAP), demonstrates rigor in administrative follow-up, and has good interpersonal skills to coordinate with different departments. You have strong organisation skills and sensitive to deadlines. Previous experience in accounting would be appreciated.
