About Us

We are a transportation company at our core—serving public, shuttle, and on-demand mobility across Luxembourg and the wider region. Innovation runs deep in our DNA. For decades, we've been rethinking how people move, and today, we are building our Digital Factory to lead this next chapter of transformation. Whether it's developing planning systems for client-facing services or crafting internal tools that drive operational excellence, we aim to deliver purposeful digital products that reshape how our company works and serves.

About Our Digital Transformation

We are building a connected, intelligent, and scalable ecosystem using the full breadth of Microsoft’s technology stack: Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and the Modern Workplace suite. Our approach is deeply rooted in leveraging AI—not just for automation, but to help us shift from reactive operations to a prescriptive way of working. We want data to tell us what needs to be done before problems arise. This means embedding live monitoring, IoT integration, and near real-time insights directly into how we operate. The Digital Factory plays a central role in making this real—balancing agile delivery with scalable architecture, and blending quick wins with long-term change across our group.

As part of this transformation, we are building a new in-house product engineering team called The Foundry – “Where digital products are forged” – serving as the hands-on development engine within the Digital Factory.

About Your Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be central to how we build, deploy, and scale our digital ecosystem—supporting both internal platforms and client-facing products such as Fleetlab and LetzRide. You will help design and maintain a secure, resilient, and efficient cloud environment across Azure services, supporting Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD pipelines, resource provisioning, and infrastructure automation. Your work will also extend into monitoring, traffic management, and ensuring readiness for scalable, blue-green deployments. You’ll collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure smooth and consistent delivery across environments.

About You

You are a hands-on engineer who thrives at the intersection of software and infrastructure. You have experience with Azure-native services including Kubernetes, Blob and Queue Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, PostgreSQL, and Redis. You’re confident automating deployments, building pipelines, and managing secure environments. You think about observability as much as availability, and you’re always looking to improve performance and simplify workflows. This role isn’t for someone looking to simply clock in and out. We’re looking for people who are smart about how they work—who deliver outcomes, not just hours. Flexibility is part of our culture, and we trust you to organize your time and focus around meaningful progress. If you thrive on learning, working across disciplines, and helping others succeed, you'll feel at home here.

Success in This Role

Within your first year, you will have deployed and maintained cloud environments across several critical projects, implemented reusable CI/CD templates, and contributed to a strong DevOps culture within the Digital Factory. Your work will be visible in faster deployments, more reliable environments, and greater confidence in the production lifecycle.

Why Join Us?

Joining us means helping shape the digital backbone of a leading mobility provider. You'll have the autonomy to lead, the structure to grow, and the chance to collaborate with passionate professionals—internally and externally—on projects that make a real-world impact. You’ll work directly with our Digital Transformation Leader, benefiting from high-level mentoring while contributing to strategy, culture, and delivery. If you're someone who thrives on curiosity, communication, and continuous improvement—not just delivering features, but shaping how we work—then you'll thrive here.
