Shape Client Partnerships in a Strategic Role
Sales-Lentz, Luxembourg’s leading mobility provider, is hiring a Client Solutions Manager to oversee and grow relationships with key institutional clients—primarily Luxembourgish communes. You’ll be more than a contact point: as a member of the Client Services management team, you’ll play a strategic role in ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating internal teams, and improving service delivery standards.
This role blends relationship management, service coordination, and strategic input. You won’t be selling; you’ll be building trust, solving problems, and continuously improving how we deliver mobility solutions to our partners.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of institutional clients, ensuring regular dialogue, long-term trust, and operational alignment.
Participate actively in the Client Services management team, contributing to team decisions, improvement plans, and commercial alignment.
Coordinate with planning, operations, and technical departments to ensure seamless and reliable service delivery.
Lead client meetings, reviews, and reporting processes to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Manage and resolve operational incidents or complaints with speed and diplomacy, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Support the preparation of contract renewals and tender submissions, aligning inputs with client needs and service history.
Analyse client and operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Play an active role in client retention and development strategy, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer.
What We’re Looking For
10 years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, or operational coordination, ideally with B2B or institutional clients.
Proven ability to build strong professional relationships, manage complex service situations, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
Confident communicator in French and English. Luxembourgish is a strong asset but not mandatory.
Comfortable navigating both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic discussions.
