✨ Internship – Community & Events Assistant

skeeled, the leading recruitment software provider in Luxembourg, helping hundreds of companies modernise their hiring process.
Alleyesonme.jobs, a next-gen job board that helps candidates find the right job by exploring immersive videos filmed inside the companies themselves.
💥 What you’ll be doing (and it won’t be boring)
Create and publish engaging content for social media (posts, visuals, stories)
Support the organisation of events (afterworks, workshops, podcasts...)
Help coordinate podcast and event production: select topics, contact guests, manage logistics
Manage contact lists and follow-ups (CRM, registrations, reminders)
Contribute to the creation and sending of newsletters
Liaise with employers to organise interviews and video shoots
Assist in organising client trainings and workshops
Help grow our HR and candidate community in Luxembourg
🎯 What we’re looking for
Must-have:
✔️ Degree (or in progress) in marketing, communications, or events
✔️ Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
✔️ Confident with social media: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
✔️ Organised, proactive, curious, and eager to learn
✔️ Comfortable juggling several projects at once
✔️ You have an internship agreement or are eligible for a work-study programme.
Nice-to-have:
➕ Previous experience in events or project coordination
➕ Previous experience in marketing or communications
➕ A good creative eye and genuine interest in brand content
