How will you contribute?
You will be mainly in charge of:
· Working with autonomy under limited supervision on processing and following-up HR administration routine tasks
· Administering and recording employee’s information and ensures all information is up-to-date, accurate and managed according the rules in force.
· Drawing-up contracts, agreement, certificate and other relevant documentation, considering established instructions and template.
· Communicating with contacts within and outside the team to obtain or provide information; interacting with contact partners diplomatically
· Explaining HR administration procedures and policies to employees
· Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
· Performing your work paying high attention to detail

Education
Technical or vocational diploma
Experience and skills
Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative job. You should have demonstrated to
Have worked with autonomy in the execution of missions assigned
Have interacted and respond to internal clients’ requests and to deal with external
Have proposed effective solution to issues and problems encountered in daily tasks
Proficiency in MS Office package
Basic knowledge of HR Administration processes and other HR areas
Ability to acquire the following skills and knowledge:
Luxembourg labour law and regulations
Internal LIST rules, policies and procedures
Proficiency in HR-IS tools
Ability to organise own work and meet deadlines
High internal and external client orientation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Ability to handle confidential information.
Language skills
Excellent communication skills such as verbal and written in French and English – German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset.
