The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
Facility Services Management Intern
6 months internship (F/M)
Tasks/missions
Support the team in the following tasks:
· Supporting the team in different tasks as delegated by the management
· Working proactively with other team members on various FM projects
· Participating in the organization of company events
· Managing the company’s archives by the appropriate procedure
· Participating in the implementation of a project for optimizing building management, its technical installations, and its facilities
· Participating in a project for the digitization of inventory management
Profile
· Bac +3 in Facility Management, Electricity, HVAC, or related field
· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent administrative and organizational skills
· Practical written and oral communication skills
· Proactive, determined, and reliable teammate with a high client focus
· An upbeat personality and a high level of enthusiasm
· Excellent French skills and good English skills. Any other language is an asset.
