Internship – Talent Sourcing & Business Development
Location : Differdange, Luxembourg (hybrid: 4 days on-site / 1 day WFH)
Team : RaaS (Recruitment-as-a-Service) – collaborating with our SaaS business line and the AllEyesOnMe.jobs team
Start : September 2025 (flexible)
Duration : 6 months (option to extend or convert to junior role)
What your days will look like
Morning souring session: You’ll open your laptop and dive into LinkedIn, skeeled and niche job boards. You’ll map industries from fintech to logistics, decode job titles, shortlist profiles, and craft outreach notes that make people hit reply.
Mid-day stand-up with sales: Right after lunch you’ll jump on a quick sync with Thomas (Sales Manager) and Ben (SDR). Together you’ll brainstorm where the next growth pocket is hiding, draft call scripts, and send voice notes or emails that spark interest in our recruitment and software solutions.
Afternoon admin power-up: Before the day ends you’ll give our Google Drive a touch-up, tidy up candidate pipelines in HubSpot, and update dashboards so the whole squad stays in the loop.

Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach (50%)
Hunt for white- and blue-collar talent across Luxembourg.
Build compelling, bias-free outreach messages that showcase our and our clients' employer brand.
Screen inbound applicants and tee them up for our recruiters to interview.
Business Development (35%)
Research target companies, map decision makers, and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
Partner with sales on cold calls, LinkedIn chats, and product demos.
Track interactions in HubSpot and share insights with marketing.
Operational Excellence (15%)
Bring order to files, reports, and templates in Google Drive.
Help document repeatable processes and suggest smart automations.
Support ad-hoc projects, anything from event prep to market research.
Must-have qualifications
Enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Comfortable writing and speaking in English & French.
Genuine curiosity about people, careers, how companies grow and how AI can be leveraged in everyday tasks.
Ready to pick up the phone, send that message, and learn from feedback.
Strong desire to develop your own personal brand on social media.
Organized mindset, you love a tidy spreadsheet and a clear to-do list.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Prior internship or campus experience in recruiting, sales, customer success, or admin.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, HubSpot, or any ATS/CRM.
Basic understanding of Boolean search or Excel/Sheets.
A flair for copywriting, social media, or visual storytelling.

Discovery call – 60 min with Zach (Recruitment Services Manager) & Daniel (Recruitment Consultant).
Team interview – 60 min with Thomas (Sales Manager) & Ben (SDR), including a short sourcing or sales exercise.
Final chat – 30 min with Mike (CEO) to align on goals and next steps.
