At Luxinnovation, we empower companies to innovate, grow, and succeed. Our mission is to drive a dynamic and innovative economy by delivering tailored support services to businesses of all sizes and across diverse sectors.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to coordinate 3 important European projects: the Luxembourg Digital Innovation Hub (L-DIH), the Euro Competence Centre as well as the Luxembourg Chips Competence Centre (LU-CCC) within our “Assessments and Roadmaps” team, under our Innovation Funding & Support (IF&S) department.

The IF&S department comprises 3 teams:

  • National funding supporting companies that want to apply for national funding for their innovation and research projects.

In addition, the team manages Luxinnovation’s involvement in the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) alongside partner organisations, providing companies with expert assessments and high-value matchmaking services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Track progress against KPIs and propose adjustment of the activities as needed to stay on schedule and within scope. Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure quality control on technical deliverables.

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and consortium partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Resource allocation: Coordinate with the different partners and consortium teams to monitor optimal utilisation of computing resources for various AI/digitalisation projects, and with the other project member organisations to monitor the progress of the project’s KPIs.

  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Internal and external reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, outcomes, and insights for stakeholders and senior management and oversee the reporting to the European Commission.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in project management, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the manufacturing sector, and in a European context. Experience in EU-funded projects in the digital sector will be essential.

  • Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AGILE) is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.

  • Self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and the initiative to identify opportunities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team environment, and autonomously.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

  • Capacity to navigate challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
