You are the interface between users and the technical team, ensuring that the solutions implemented perfectly meet operational needs:

• Collect and analyze business needs, model workflows

• Contribute to the implementation of offline solutions with secure synchronization

• Ensure consistency between business vision and technical deliverables

• Participate in the comprehensive technical documentation of GIS solutions and its update

What you bring

• In-depth knowledge of the specific constraints of critical systems: high availability requirements, security, offline operation, service continuity

• Skills in gathering business needs and formalizing geospatial processes

• Ability to write User Stories, model workflows, and define business rules

• Experience in conducting co-design workshops with operational departments (e.g. dispatching, civil security)

• Pedagogical sense and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
